Mr. Norman is in his first year as principal at J. Russell Elementary.  For the previous 2 years he was assistant principal at Moscow High School.  Before coming to Moscow in August of 2007, Mr. Norman was a middle school principal for 3 years in Florence, Montana.  He has a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Montana, Missoula.
